A vessel without a registered transponder has been holding position beyond the outer marker since 04:50. It has not answered hails. Residents may notice this morning. There is no cause for concern at this time.

A Federation warship will berth at the North Dock overnight to collect . Dock levels 2 to 4 are closed to civilian traffic until further notice.

The agricultural research annex at the South Cap remains closed to residents. Heavy transports moving along Corrin Yards Road between 22:00 and 04:00 will be escorted. Please keep the road clear.

From this week Market Row will open every Saturday from 08:00. Stallholders can register at the civic hall. The first forty stalls are free for the season.
